Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate with Pinnacle Strategies, Inc or its affiliated plans (to be referred to as “PSI” you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Only active members of PSI are eligible to become affiliates and earn referral commissions.
• Any attempt to refer non-members as affiliates via your Network link or any other way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of both your affiliate agreement and any new affiliate agreement created from that referral.

1. Use of Marketing Materials

• Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by “PSI” for promotion purposes.
• Any marketing or advertising, including but not limited to flyers, emails, social media posts, or other promotional materials, not using approved company material must receive prior written approval from "PSI".
• Failure to comply with this requirement will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement without notice.

1. Referral Links and Tracking

• Referral links are tracked for 90 days, which is the maximum allowed by our software, exceeding the standard 30-day industry practice.
• Once a referral signs up through your affiliate link, they will remain associated with your account and/or affiliate network as long as both your and their memberships are in good standing, active and paid to date.

1. Commissions

• Commissions are earned on referral members according to the current commission structure set by “PSI”.
• Payments are processed on or around the 5th of each month for commissions earned in the month 30 days prior.
• Commissions are paid out via Paypal to the Paypal account used during your Affiliate sign-up registration process.
• (PSI) reserves the right to make changes to commissions as they deem necessary without prior notification to Affiliates. If in the case of a change in commissions, all commissions will be paid on the existing commission schedule up to the effective date of the change, and then all commissions moving forward will be paid on the new commission schedule.

1. Prohibited Activities

• Sending your Network link to individuals who are not current members of (PSI) is strictly prohibited.
• Any affiliate found violating this policy will have their agreement immediately terminated, and any newly referred affiliate accounts created from such referrals will also be canceled.

1. Termination

• (PSI) reserves the right to terminate an affiliate agreement at any time for violation of these terms, unethical conduct, or at its sole discretion.
• Termination does not affect any commissions earned prior to the termination date, except where prohibited activities apply as described above. If at any time an Affiliates Agreement becomes terminated including for no longer being a Complete Benefits Plan Member, the Affiliate will longer be entitled to any future commissions from the date of termination.

1. Miscellaneous

• These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, and affiliates will be notified of changes via email, post on the website, text messages or other means determined by (PSI).
• Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable by the laws of the state of Illinois.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be unenforceable by a court the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will still be enforceable.
• (PSI) reserves the right to make changes to any section or part of the Terms and Conditions without prior notification. Affiliates will be notified regarding any changes via, email, text messaging, mail, website notice, affiliate dashboard notification based on (PSI) determination.
